1. About us

2. Products and pricing

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product colours may vary slightly from the images shown, due to screen differences and fabric batches.
• We may correct pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.
• Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

3. Orders

An order is a request to buy. It is accepted only when we send you a confirmation. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or the delivery address falls outside the areas we serve.

4. Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement or until they are dispatched (whichever is earlier). Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your pin code. Free delivery applies to orders over ₹999 unless a promotion states otherwise. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and exchanges

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, innerwear, bloomers, socks, hair accessories, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Promotions

Offers such as festival discounts and bundle deals run for limited periods, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Little Thunders logo, product designs, graphics, images, and text — is our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without prior written consent.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

10. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or orders placed shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
