1. Where we deliver

We deliver across India through our courier partner Delhivery. Delivery is subject to your pin code being serviceable. You can check your pin code at checkout before paying. We do not ship outside India at present.

2. Order processing

Orders are typically packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 days depending on your location. Remote or non-metro pin codes may take slightly longer. These timelines are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

4. Delivery charges

Delivery charges apply to orders below ₹999 and are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above.

5. Tracking your order

Once your parcel is dispatched we will share the tracking number by WhatsApp or email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your Order ID or tracking number. Signed-in customers can see their recent orders there.

6. Delivery attempts and failed deliveries

Our courier partner will usually attempt delivery up to three times. Please ensure the address and phone number you provide are accurate and reachable. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a further delivery charge may apply.

7. Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents so we can investigate with the courier and resolve it for you.

Where possible, please record a short video while opening your parcel, starting before the packaging is cut open. Couriers accept these as proof, so it helps us settle your claim faster and in your favour. If you do not have one, still get in touch — we will do our best to sort it out for you either way.
